Chef Damon Cho, a Le Cordon Bleu graduate, has 18+ years of experience at esteemed establishments like Nobu, Four Seasons, and Tao. He opened his successful Japanese restaurant in San Francisco in 2009, followed by a second location in 2012. Chef Damon believes in creating spaces where people can enjoy quality time with loved ones, leading him to open Izakaya Osen in 2017 and the Irvine location from November 11th. Omakase by Osen, specializing in Omakase and Hand Roll, opened on October 10th, 2022.
